Refresh at the KEMPA Winter Retreat
We hope you’ll get your professional development paperwork in and mark your calendars to join us in Whitewater, WI Feb. 10-11, 2023 for the Winter Advisers Retreat.
The Kettle Moraine Press Association is returning to our annual, in-person advisers’ conference with guest speaker Sue Muraida (formerly Skalicky).
Muraida, a former journalism teacher and a published author, whose freelance credits include The New York Times, will help us refresh and rejuvenate our teaching.
As we retreat from the doldrums of Farch, the event is a way to deepen our practice as journalism teachers, and gather together to inspire one another and learn.
The early bird registration deadline is Jan. 13, 2023 – $125 for KEMPA members, $150 non-members
After Jan. 13, the retreat cost increases to $150 for KEMPA members, $175 non-members
Payment must be received by the registration deadline.
